- A: Win4Hunger.org is a domain name recently established by Rock and Wrap it Up! for the purpose of getting additional exposure for its DREAM HOME RAFFLE.
- Q: WHAT IS THE DREAM HOME CHARITY RAFFLE?
- A: The Dream Home Charity Raffle is a fundraising event run by Rock and Wrap it Up! (RWU) designed to generate new revenue in support of RWU's myriad activities to feed people in need throughout the United States. RWU is a licensed 501- c3 charitable organization and is using its domain name, Win4Hunger.org to undertake this charity raffle event.
- Q: IS IT LEGAL?
- A: Yes, each state has their own laws and statues that outline what must be done in order to conduct a legal raffle. This game of chance has followed all legal regulations so as to be in accord with Florida State law.
- Q: HOW DO I GET A TICKET?
- A: For every $50 donation to Win4Hunger, you are eligible for one raffle ticket. Donations can be made online at www.Win4Hunger.org Donations can also be made over the phone or by mail. Please see details on the DONATE page.
- Q: WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Q: IS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER SECURE?
- A: Yes. All credit card and personal information collected as part of the ticket purchase process are maintained using secured methods including a secure website. You can view our website online security certificate during the checkout process.
- Q: HOW WILL I KNOW MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WENT THROUGH?
- A: You will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few hours after your purchase has been successfully processed and payment accepted.
- Q: WILL I BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN IF MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS NOT HONORED?
- A: No. Unless remedied before the time of drawing. Costs associated with rejected carded cards to be borne by the ticket purchaser.
- Q: HOW MANY TICKETS WILL BE SOLD?
- A: A maximum of 300,000 tickets will be sold.
- Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT REACH OUR GOAL?
- A: In the event all 300,000 tickets are not sold by the drawing date, a 50/50 drawing will be held, with the winner receiving 50% of the net drawing proceeds and the other 50% being awarded to the charity. In no case will the value of the awarded grand prize be more than one million dollars.
- Q: WILL EARLY BIRD PRIZES BE AWARDED?
- A: Yes, a total of 8 Early Bird Prizes will be awarded. Each awarded in a separate drawing and detailed on the Win4Hunger.org web site, click on Early Bird Prizes, or see Rules and Regulations Section 6, Early Bird Drawings for details related to prizes to be awarded, dates for each drawing and other related information.
- Q: IF I WIN AN EARLY BIRD PRIZE WILL I STILL BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN OTHER EARLY BIRD PRIZES AS WELL AS THE GRAND PRIZE?
- A: Yes. A winner of an Early Bird Prize is eligible to win other Early Bird Prizes and the Grand Prize.
- Q: WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE?
- A: The odds for winning a prize if you bought 1 ticket will be no greater than 1 in 33,333. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received by the drawing dates(s). If fewer than 300,000 tickets are sold the odds for winning the grand prize improves.
- Q: HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON AN EARLY BIRD AND OR GRAND PRIZE?
- A: Winner will be contacted via phone or through the mail following the prize drawing. The contact information provided with the ticket purchase will be utilized to contact the winner. The winners will also be posted on the Win4Hunger.com website after each drawing.
- Q: MUST I BE PRESENT AT THE DRAWING TO WIN?
- A: No, if the winner(s) are not present he or she will be notified with all forms of contact information provided.

- A: As soon as all 300,000 tickets have been sold or on Monday, September 6, 2010, whichever comes first.
- Q: WHERE WILL THE RAFFLE DRAWINGS BE HELD?
- A: The drawing for each Early Bird Prize and the Grand Prize award will be held at Sunrise Sports and Entertainment, located at One Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, Florida 33323. Notification of the drawings will be posted on the Win4Hunger.org web site.
- Q: WHERE IS THE GRAND PRIZE DREAM HOME LOCATED?
- A: The winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home can purchase their Dream Home anywhere in the United States (where legal).
- Q: ARE LAND COSTS INCLUDED IN THE GRAND PRIZE?
- A: The Grand Prize is up to one million dollars toward the purchase of a home and is inclusive of the land, where applicable.
- Q: WHO PAYS FOR CLOSING COSTS, RELATED TAXES AND FEES ON THE GRAND PRIZE?
- A: The raffle winner is responsible for all costs associated with the prize. The winner assumes all fees, local, state and federal taxes, fees and transfer taxes. It is advised the winner seek advice from tax professions for details.
- Q: WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON THE GRAND PRIZE WINNING?
- A: A W-9 form must be completed by the winner. Any withholdings, if required, applicable to the prize will be required at the time of winning.

- Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CLAIM AN EARLY BIRD PRIZE?
- A: The winner of each Early Bird Prize has 30 days from being notified of his or her winning of the Early Bird Prize to claim the awarded prize.
- Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE GRAND PRIZE AWARD OF A HOUSE?
- A: The winner of the Grand Prize has one year from claiming this prize to select a home of his or her choosing.
- Q: IS THE PICTURE OF A HOME ON THE EVENT'S WEBSITE THE ACTUAL HOME?
- A: No. Any pictures of a home on the website are meant only to be representative of what a million dollar home might look like.
